"Designed objects have the potential to change the world we live in, as well as people's beliefs within the world. Design is no different to art in the fact it should allow people to gain insight through the use of an object. I believe that the core concept driving design should be the creation of the best possible object. If design is not separate to art, crafts or maker, the reasons for design to be produced should be no different. I try to approach design by producing objects that create happiness through their use, this is the purest form of use of an object."
