Biophilia DeskThis project was created in the aim to prove the viability of Biophilia within furniture, it is based off the work of the thesis written at a similar time by myself, exploring Biophilia within product design.
The design is reminiscent of themes and ideas found in nature, both in obvious ways such as certain aesthetics, as well as less obvious, more sub-conscious ways. TREE RING TABLE
This project provides a natural form table to be used as an indoor coffee table or in the case of the client, an outdoor patio table. It uses a cross-section slab of a tree, in this case Ash.

Bed FrameThis project was aimed at creating an ergonomically comfortable bed with a sturdy design and build quality whilst maintaining a generally pleasing aesthetic and having a number of beautiful details within the design to catch your eye without detracting from the clean minimal design or the ergonomic functionality.
